Our experienced community development workers can support the growth of projects that benefit Southampton communities and fit with ambitions for a healthier, more regenerative city. We can connect you with like-minded community organisations, work on your strategic approach, support policy development, help you develop your coproduction skills, and much more.

Fiscal Holding

The Southampton Collective CIC can hold funds on behalf of individuals or organisations, for example grant funding. This service covers:

– Receiving the funds and being a party to any necessary contracts for the receipt & disbursement of such funds
– Monthly payments of invoices
– Quarterly budgeting
– End of year summary and accounting
– Insurance for your projects covering workshops etc but excluding any dangerous activities
– 2 hours with the team to discuss any networking or additional support that might be useful
– Prompt response to any queries

For this service, we charge a percentage of funds held to cover our costs.
